Edgewater Growth Capital Partners V, L.P. (“Edgewater”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Nationwide Cooling Group, LLC (“Nationwide Cooling Group”), has completed the acquisition of Protecall Corp. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Protecall” or the “Company”).
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Scott Township, Pennsylvania, Protecall is a leading provider of HVAC protective coatings, indoor air quality (“IAQ”) solutions, and restoration services. The Company operates four branch locations across Pennsylvania, California, Florida, and Texas, which are complemented by nationwide field service capabilities. The Company serves HVAC OEMs, distributors, and commercial end-users across the country.
