Situation:
Institutional quarry tile kitchen floor that absorbs grease, oils and grime. Typical cleaning, which included daily use of industrial strength degreasers and periodic power washing, often resulted in blown out grout and damaged tile that required regrouting and unsightly patches. |
Solution:
Application of a coating of Adsil’s patented inorganic MicroGuard® AD 703 Quarry Tile Treatment. |
Results:
After the initial application of AD 703, the quarry tile shines and looks clean all the time. The floor cleans easily with hot water and a mild, environmentally safe cleaner. The floor will require no more degreasing or power washing, so there is a reduction in labor and chemical costs. Coefficient of friction is unaffected. |
Bonus:
The kitchen staff’s morale has improved and they take better care of the entire food department delivery process. |
