Situation:

 Incinerator at a Korean chemical factory was using a tremendous amount of energy and was rusting from the outdoor elements.

Solution:

 Hot Pipe Coating was applied directly to the rusted tank surface without any pretreatment.

Results:

 The coated incinerator realized an instant Delta T reduction of 130°C (266°F) realizing a 72% increase of retained and usable heat.
