Situation:

 A heat exchanger at a Texas utility company was corroding rapidly and losing efficiency.

Solution:

 A test was conducted involving coating a heat exchanger with MicroGuard®.

Results:

 The uncoated heat exchanger on the left shows lower Delta T compared with the coated unit on the right after one year at Texas Utilities. Both units were cleaned monthly with water.
