Situation:

 Terrazzo bathroom floor surface showed signs of wear and lost luster and shine. It had become more porous and absorbent to dirt, grim and urine acids, therefore becoming less sanitary and carrying unacceptable odors.

Solution:

 Application of one coat of Adsil’s patented, inorganic, crystal clear MicroGuard® AD 702 and one coat of MicroGuard® AD 703.

Results:

 After initial application of MicroGuard®, the floor surface shines beautifully, the coefficient of friction has increased from the previously used waxes, and the bathroom odors are minimized. The surface will clean with hot water and a mild, environmentally safe cleaner. MicroGuard’s crystal clear inorganic coating is resistant to mold and mildew growth and will not yellow from imbedded dirt or break down from ultraviolet light. Since it will require no more waxing, stripping, or buffing, there will be a saving on labor and material costs.
