Protecall's customers have realized upwards of 10% Energy Savings on the operation of their existing steam and hot water boiler with a monolithic application of Hot Pipe CoatingTM (HPC) over their entire boilers.

With proper maintenance it is very common to see both steam and hot water boilers in facilites that are well over 40 years old and still operating well. However, most of these old systems have factory installed insulation and metal jackets on the main vessels with no protection on the valves and end caps are far from today's energy efficeicency standards. Additionally, leaks and repairs that are made over the years often lead to compromised inulation and further breaches in efficincy.
Protecall's HPC (Hot Pipe CoatingTM can be applied directly to the boiler (including existing metal jacket and end caps, valves and fittings) in these situations to create a fully adheredl, monolithic reflective coating around the entire boiler system. this can all be done during aperation and without any shutting down of the system.
Coated systems typically realize a reduction of surface temperature of the boilers and coated surfaces and retained usable heat in excess of 60%.
