Situation:

 Typical HVAC equipment is constructed with galvanized base pans that quickly corrodes in many environments .

Solution:

 Protecall is currently  applying Rust Grip® One-Coat Encapsulation System  to the base pans and any other galvanized surfaces to protect  them  from pre-mature corrosion and rust.

Results:

 Rust Grip® One-Coat Encapsulation System  seals out moisture and air with a permanent membrane that stops penetration and deterioration, blocking chemical pollutants that cause corrosion and deterioration. Rust Grip® provides salt and corrosion protection that has exceeded 10,000 hours in the salt spray test (ASTM B117).
