Situation:

 This 2 story commercial steel building was damaged from a fire and chemical exposure from a previous use.  The building frame was deemed structurally sound from an engineer. However, the steel frame was left uncovered in the elements for several years and rust was attacking the structure.

Solution:

 The rusted and corroded surfaces were power washed, dried and coated with  Rust Grip® One-Coat Encapsulation System.

Results:

 The Steel frame was cleaned in by merely power washing in a fraction of the time of the prescribed sand blasting, Rust Grip® One-Coat Encapsulation System  was applied in less than half of the time as the old system and the steel structure was used for the new building saving countless man hours and thousands of dollars.
