Situation:
Public restroom tile had uncleanable tile with wax build up and permanently stained grout, making it appear dirty and unsanitary – allowing for odors to embed themselves into the room. Customer was not able to clean grout lines and daily cleaning was ineffective. |
Solution:
After cleaning, one coat of MicroGuard® AD 702 and a final topcoat of MicroGuard® AD 703 were applied, using spray application method. |
Results:
After initial cleaning, white original grout lines were revealed in most areas. White grout lines are sealed from stains and microbial growth. Floor does not require waxing, stripping and refinishing. Tile surface is less slippery when dry or wet than bare tile or waxed tile floor. Appearance is visually exciting. Surface cleans easily with hot water and mild cleaner. |
