Situation:
New school bathroom was difficult to clean and showing grout stains in just one year. The new tile appeared dirty and allowed for odors to embed themselves into the room. Customer was not able to clean grout lines and daily cleaning was ineffective, leaving the bathroom unsanitary. |
Solution:
After cleaning, one coat of MicroGuard® AD 702 and a final topcoat of MicroGuard® AD 703 were applied, using spray application method. |
Results:
Grout lines are sealed from stains and microbial growth. Floor does not require waxing, stripping and refinishing. Tile surface is less slippery when dry or wet than bare tile or waxed tile floor. Appearance is visually exciting. Surface cleans easily with hot water and mild cleaner. |
